If your device with the eSIM is lost or stolen, you should take the following steps:
Contact your local authorities to report the loss or theft.
Contact World Mobile support and inform us of the situation. We will be able to suspend the eSIM but you may want the service to continue so that the device can be tracked.
If you have backup and security features enabled (such as Find My iPhone or Find My Device), you may be able to remotely erase the device or track its location.
If you have a backup eSIM or physical SIM, you can insert it into another device to maintain connectivity while you resolve the situation.
