Choose your package
Simply select the amount of data you will need while travelling and purchase the eSIM.
Install your eSIM
Once you’ve purchased your eSIM, scan the QR code and follow the installation steps.
Activate your eSIM
Once installed, simply activate your eSIM via the settings on your mobile device.
Installation tips
Step 1 - Scan the QR code
Scan the QR code with the camera app on an eSIM-compatible smartphone or tablet.
Step 2 - Maintain a stable internet connection
To help avoid errors, ensure your device has a stable internet connection before and during your eSIM installation.
Step 3 - Do not interrupt the installation process
Once you start installing your eSIM, do not interrupt the installation process. This will cause an error and your eSIM will not be retrievable.
Step 4 - Do not remove the eSIM profile
This eSIM can only be installed once. Removing the eSIM profile from your device is irreversible.
Step 5 - Enable data roaming
Enabling data roaming will allow the eSIM profile to provide data services.
