eSIM is featured in iPhone XR, and all later models with some regional exceptions.
To make sure that your device supports eSIM, always check with the retailer before purchasing your device.
To confirm if your iOS device supports eSIM:
- Navigate to Settings > General > About
- Locate the Available SIM (iOS 15 or later) or Digital SIM (earlier iOS versions) section.
- If your phone supports eSIMs, you will see a 32-digit eID.
