If you have installed your eSIM profile but you are having trouble connecting to the internet, please check the APN settings of your new eSIM. Here is how to locate your APN settings:
For IOS devices:
Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network
Settings > Mobile/Cellular Data > Mobile/Cellular Data Options > Mobile Data Network
Set the properties ‘Name’ and ‘APN’ to ‘altanwifi‘
For Android devices:
Settings > Network and Internet > SIMs > Locate the World Mobile eSIM > scroll down and look for ‘Access Point Names‘.
Set the properties ‘Name’ and ‘APN’ to ‘altanwifi‘. For some devices, you may need to add a new APN using the ‘+’ button in the APN section.
Once the APN is updated, you may need to restart the phone or turn on and off Airplane mode.
To make sure you have access to the Internet, remember to check if the eSIM is turned on and data roaming is enabled.
